About Sophie

Hello, my name is Sophie and I am the owner of Salubrity Studios.

My journey to SALUBRITY started with a background in dance, where my passion for technique and movement naturally led me to pursue a career in personal training.

In turn, Having navigated my own challenges with weight fluctuations and disordered eating, fuelled my desire to help others achieve a balanced, sustainable approach to fitness. These experiences shaped how I guide my clients and allowed me develop a deeper empathy for their struggles.

I earned my FDA, Level 2, 3, and GP referral qualifications, alongside several other certifications, and spent three years working as an employed personal trainer. But I wanted to make a bigger impact, so I took the leap and launched my own business—GETSOPHIT.

GETSOPHIT blends holistic principles with data-driven PT to provide a unique, well-rounded approach to fitness. I launched bootcamps, created merchandise and collaborated with Resorts such as Una to bring retreat days to clients and residents.

My mission is simple: to empower people to reach their full potential, both physically and mentally, in a way that’s sustainable, science-backed, and personal to them.

Independent Trainers

Sam Norman

With almost a decade of experience in both the fitness industry and clinical rehabilitation settings, I bring a unique blend of expertise to every session I coach. My mission is simple: to help people move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies — whether they’re chasing performance goals, returning from injury, or just starting their fitness journey.

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with a BSc in Sports Coaching Science and an MSc in Sports Biomechanics, and I’ve spent years working across NHS outpatient services as a Specialist Exercise and Rehabilitation Instructor. My background includes delivering tailored rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including chronic joint pain, post-surgical recovery, and long-term injury management — all while collaborating closely with physiotherapists and clinical teams.

At the core of my approach is a belief in empowering people. I combine technical coaching with a deep understanding of human behavior — helping clients navigate the complex interplay between habits, mindset, and lifestyle. I work closely with each person to identify what’s really holding them back, and support them in building the routines, confidence, and momentum needed to make long-term change feel achievable.
I’ve also spent several years working closely with older adults, particularly those managing chronic hip and knee arthritis. Through delivering community-based exercise and education programs, I’ve seen first-hand the physical and emotional challenges that come with joint pain and reduced mobility. This experience taught me how important it is to help people not just move better, but regain their independence, rebuild confidence in their bodies, and stay active so they can continue doing the things they love — whether that’s walking the dog, playing with grandchildren, or just feeling strong in everyday life.

Today, my coaching blends high-level personal training with rehab-informed programming. I support people from all walks of life: those looking to lose weight, build strength, or improve performance — and those managing injuries, chronic conditions, or pain who need a more informed and supportive approach to fitness.
If you’re looking for a coach who understands the full picture — body, mind, and behavior — and can help you move past what’s been holding you back, I’d love to work with you

Blake Baker

I’ve been a personal trainer for 14 years and hold university-level qualifications in coaching and personal training. Over the past 4 years, I’ve also worked as an intensive close protection operative, providing services to a wide range of clients, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, a Premier League football team, an international football team, and other VIPs. This experience is part of my nearly 13 years in the security industry, where I’ve gained a diverse set of skills, knowledge, and values that I apply to my work with fitness and mindset clients. During my journey, I also earned my Level 4 First Response Emergency Care certification, ensuring I’m well-qualified in first aid.

My journey into health and fitness began during my college years, driven by my own struggles growing up. I was always the "fat kid," and managing my weight was a constant battle. It became clear that I needed to make a change, so I faced my fears and anxieties and took the first step toward improving both my physical and mental health. That initial step, filled with both fear and confidence, was a turning point in my life, and I want the same for you.

This is why I became a qualified coach to guide you on your own journey of self-improvement. Drawing from my personal experiences and the knowledge I've gained, I’m here to help you unlock the best version of yourself. My personal slogan, "Strong Mind, Strong Body," is at the core of my approach because I believe the mind and body need to work together to achieve true strength. I’ll always be genuine and authentic with you, and at times, share my own vulnerabilities to connect on a deeper level.

While I initially trained as a bodybuilder, over the past 4-5 years, I’ve embraced a more hybrid approach that emphasises longevity, health, athleticism, and overall fitness, rather than just focusing on aesthetics.

When I’m not training others or myself, I focus on Mixed Martial Arts. The sport's multi-disciplinary nature demands both physical and mental dexterity. I also play football, which helps keep me sharp and active.

Please contact me if you are interested in starting your journey with me.

Tegen Treloar

I’m Tegen – the face behind TrainWithTegen.

My journey into the fitness world didn’t start in a gym – it started with me, feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. I grew up navigating obesity, self-doubt, and the mental toll that comes with feeling like your body is working against you. Over time, I transformed not just physically – going from struggling with everyday movement to running marathons – but mentally, building a resilience that’s now the foundation of everything I do.

That lived experience has shaped my approach as a personal trainer. I believe real strength starts from the inside out. Yes, I help clients build muscle, increase fitness, and move better – but I also focus heavily on mindset, self-belief, and the emotional side of training.

At TrainWithTegen, I take a holistic approach to personal training, combining physical conditioning with a strong emphasis on mental wellbeing. My goal is to help people feel strong, capable, and comfortable in their bodies – whether they’re just starting out, coming back from injury, or aiming for long-term lifestyle change.

I’m a Level 2 and 3 qualified personal trainer, certified in Exercise Referral, and currently completing my Pre and Postnatal training . Whether it’s 1:1 coaching, group sessions, or bespoke programmes, I’m here to help you build a body and mindset that supports your entire life – not just your workouts.

For me, fitness isn’t about punishment or extremes – it’s about freedom. Freedom to move, to feel good, and to feel strong.

If you’re ready to make changes, then please feel free to contact me via email or through Salubrity.
